The Company was incorporated on 25^th day of November 1953 under the Companies Act, 1913 as a public Ltd Company with the principal objects to manufacture artificial leather and plastic sheets and to carry on Jobs of dying and bleaching. Currently Company is engaged in the business providing service of public bonded Warehouse.Previously the company was quoted on the Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited (Formerly Karachi Stock Exchange Limited) but was delisted under listing regulation of Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited (Formerly Karachi Stock Exchange Limited) and its Share was removed from ready Board with effect from September 12^th 2005.

Founder Name Mr .Fakhrudin ValiBhai (Late)

Fakhruddin Valika and his three brothers formed the Valika group in Bombay, India. The brothers had a deep spirit of entrepreneurship and dedication to serve people which are instilled in the current generation. Being avid supporters of the Muslim League and the Pakistan movement they migrated to Pakistan in 1947, where they undertook various industrial projects. The Valika group holds the honour of establishing Pakistanai??i??s first industry, the Valika textile Mills, whose foundation stone was laid by Quaid-e-Azam himself. Valika Group further established industries in Steel, Chemicals, Cement, Cotton, Insurance, and the Landmark Muhammadi Steamship Company was also owned by the group. Besides supporting young Pakistan through its industrial endeavours, the Valikas have contributed immensely through its philanthropic ventures setting up schools, hospitals and housing societies. The Group played a vital role in the early years of Pakistan, and till this date is committed to serve the country through its acquired expertise, business acumen and years of experience.
